Ash Wednesday Service

Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent, reminds us that unless we are willing to die to our old selves, we cannot be raised to new life with Christ. The first step of this journey calls us to confession and examination of our lives in light of God’s grace.

As a sign of transformation, you are invited to come forward to receive the imposition of ashes where the sign of the cross will be traced on your forehead. Please join us at 12 or 6:30 pm in the Sanctuary for an Ash Wednesday Service as we prayerfully enter into the season of Lent.

Since we are inviting families of all ages to join us for the evening service, all Wednesday evening programming will not meet this night. If you are unable to attend Ash Wednesday services in person, you are invited to stream it online.
