No Question Is Off-Limits

We can all point to a time in life when things just didn’t add up. We see bad things happen to good people, we are afraid of what happens when we die, or we find ourselves wondering if this is all life has to offer. Alpha is a ten-week course that creates a space for honest conversation around some of life’s biggest questions. It unites people in their pursuit of truth and gives them the chance to encounter Jesus wherever they are in their faith. 

Shana was invited to join Alpha for the first time during a tumultuous season of her life. The course brought a freshness to her faith through the weekly teaching videos and transparent discussions that helped her gain confidence in her relationship with Jesus. “Alpha fills you up. We tackle the hard questions about faith, but it ends on such a bright light every week that you leave wanting more.” 

Church has been a part of Shana’s life for as long as she can remember, but the honest discussions she found at Alpha allowed her to examine Christianity in a way that she never had before. After her first Alpha, she was asked to be on the team. Each time she participated in Alpha, she was in a different season of life. Shana recalls that, “in every Alpha session, something new resonated with me.” 

Alpha is for everyone who has questions about the Christian faith. People who have never stepped inside a church explore alongside people that have been lifelong members. For Shana, it has been a great experience because “people ask questions that I never would have thought to ask myself. No question is off-limits.” Everyone has different life experiences, but we are all searching for the truth.
