Christmas Toy Drive: Community Partners of Dallas

Donate Nov. 16– Dec. 7

Community Partners meets the specific needs of abused and neglected children who are currently within the care of Dallas County’s Child Protective Services.

Please join us November 16-December 7 in providing Christmas Gifts and a bit of comfort for these children in our community.

Fish & Loaves Gift Market

Purchase Nov. 23 through Dec. 21

Fish & Loaves is a great way to honor the people you love by giving gifts that make a difference in the lives of others. Last year, our members sent over 7,000 gift cards which raised over $64,000 to those in need.

Place your order online or on Sundays at the Fish & Loaves tables in the Hunt Center starting Nov. 23 through Dec. 21. Pick up Sundays from 8:30 am–12:30 pm in the Hunt Center.

Serve at For the Nations Refugee Christmas Store

Dec. 12 or 13

For The Nations: Refugee Outreach will be hosting a Christmas Store & Carnival for their clients. Refugee parents will have the opportunity to shop for and give gifts to their own children at very lοw costs (.25–$3). There will also be a Carnival with games and food for the families. Volunteer help is need on Friday (8:30 am–2 pm) to help set up and on Saturday (8 am–5 pm)

Special Christmas Food Packing Opportunity

Dec. 12 or 13

Working with our partners Dallas Leadership Foundation and Primera Iglesia, to pack up 1200 boxes this week to prepare them for Christmas! The boxes provide fresh and shelf stable food for families throughout the city of Dallas. Families with kids are very welcome! Those under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Please note: we’ll be building twice as many boxes than normal to meet holiday demand.

Food Box Packing & Distribution

Working with our partner, Dallas Leadership Foundation, our food distribution program provides at least 550 food boxes twice a month to families in need all over the city. This is a great opportunity to engage the whole family to serve.

Christmas Poinsettias

With a gift of $35.00, your poinsettia will be used to decorate the Sanctuary on Christmas Eve. Poinsettias can be picked up after the 8 pm worship service on Christmas Eve.
