Fish and Loaves Alternative Gift Market is a great way to honor the people you love by giving gifts that make a difference in the lives of others. Last year, our members sent over 13,000 gift cards and in the process, gave over $75,000 to those in need.
Place your order online or on Sundays at the Fish and Loaves tables in the Hunt Center & Wight Garden starting November 19 through December 21. Pick up Sundays from 8:30 am-12:30 pm in the Hunt Center.
Weekday pick up is available M-F, 8 am-5 pm at the Front Desk in the Hunt Center.

Shop online here to choose items to be donated to those in need. We will provide you with Christmas cards to send to family and friends to let them know a special gift has been given in their honor.

Austin Street Center
For over 30 years, Austin Street Center has specialized in caring for the most vulnerable homeless men and women in Dallas. Beyond meeting basic needs, Austin Street is committed to individualized care for each person who comes for help, beginning with serving a hot dinner to an average of 400 people per night. A recent tally from Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance showed that there was a 24 percent increase in the homeless population across Dallas over the past year. Emergency shelters are full, and the Covid protection protocols in place have severely limited capacity. Austin Street Center needs help now more than ever to provide meals for the vulnerable homeless of our city.

Compassion Fund
Your gift to the Compassion Fund enables HP Pres to meet immediate, crucial needs of people going through challenging circumstances within the church and throughout our city. Critical needs met include rent, utilities, medical bills and food. The HP Pres Compassion Fund is focused on serving those in urgent need with relief in meeting their financial obligations and providing hope for a better future.

Dallas Leadership Foundation
HP Pres began partnering with Dallas Leadership Foundation during the first weeks of the Covid pandemic to establish a food distribution program to address food insecurities in Dallas. The program has proven to be very effective in meeting needs across the city during a time in which the need to address food insecurity issues are increasing. Currently over 550 boxes are delivered to families twice a month. One box provides a family of four with food for a week.

For the Nations Refugee Outreach
For the Nations serves refugees in the Dallas area with a wide variety of educational programs to help in the long process of adapting to life in the United States. For the Nations provides educational and acculturation services that help meet the practical needs of refugees while also sharing with them the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Haiti Outreach Ministries
Haiti Outreach Ministries (HOM) transforms lives by introducing the people of Haiti to Jesus Christ. During the country’s many challenges, HOM demonstrates God’s love in tangible by meeting critical human needs which opens the door for new relationships and conversations about faith. Around each church, resources like schools and medical facilities meet the basic needs of the people.

Iranian Bible Society
Iranians are seeking information about Christianity at an unprecedented rate. The completed translation of the Persian Bible was in 2007. Since that time IBS has had the vision and strategy for every Iranian around the globe to have access to the Bible in their language with a constant demand for more Bibles.

Langham Partnerships
Earlier this year, the Ukrainian translation of Tackling Trauma was published in cooperation with the Eastern European Institute of Theology (Lviv, Ukraine). Since then two print runs have sold out, and interest in the book continues to grow. Ukrainian churches support victims of war and violence and who live with severe traumatic experiences. Tackling Trauma is the first comprehensive practical guide to working with trauma survivors from a Christian perspective in Ukrainian.

Mission Emanuel
Mission Emanuel is a cross-cultural, relational, Christian ministry that strives to reach entire communities in the Dominican Republic by being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ. For 30 years they have worked in the poor neighborhoods of Cielo and Nazaret, providing education, housing, health care, and clean water.

PARS Theological Centre
Believers from a Muslim background in Iran can experience tremendous suffering for their faith in Christ. Underground house fellowships are regularly raided, and believers are often harassed, thrown out of their jobs and expelled from universities. Leaders of house fellowships are frequently arrested, imprisoned and forced to leave the country.

Reededmed Women
Redeemed Women works to help South Dallas women in building independent lives with healthy relationships while addressing their spiritual, physical, and vocational needs. These women come from various backgrounds of need including homelessness, hunger, abuse, and teen pregnancy. Assistance to these underserved women includes medical care, transportation, and employment assistance.
