Encountering Jesus: Lenten Devotions

This year, for the season of Lent, as a devotional companion to the Sunday sermon series, we’ll be sharing a simple weekly email offering a range of ways to reflect, pray, and engage throughout your week.

Our hope is that this wouldn’t be “another thing to do” but rather an opportunity to help you personally encounter Jesus as your risen Lord, Savior, and friend.

If you aren’t already planning to, I encourage you to join us for one of our Ash Wednesday worship services on Wednesday, March 3 at 12 pm or 6:30 pm in the Sanctuary. This is one of my favorite annual traditions as we remember that we are to consider ourselves, “dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus” (Romans 6:11).
