High School Seniors Workshop with Rev. Dean Miller (Part 2)

All current 12th grade students and their parents are invited to a pair of interactive workshops on Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 6-8 pm and Sunday, Sept. 27 from 9:30-10:30 am to equip your whole family as you prepare for your Senior to graduate. The sessions will offer complementary content. You and your family may attend one or both.

The Wednesday session will take place in Room A of HP Pres, above Elliott Hall and will include dinner. The Sunday session will take place in the Bell Center of HP Pres, on the bottom floor of the Alexander Building, and will include breakfast.

This session will be led by Rev. Dean Miller who spearheads Harpooners, an interactive discipleship program that helps High School Seniors and their parents navigate with God the transition from high school to college.

This event is FREE and open to all Seniors and their families, even if they don’t attend our church. Parents and students are welcome to attend together or separately. Please register here!

More About Dean Miller:

Dean Miller, Director of Spiritual Formation and Discipleship, Falls Church Anglican Church

Dean Miller was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Southern California where he attended Claremont McKenna College and Azusa Pacific University. After college he came on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship before heading to Regent College for further study. Dean then spent three years in higher education sales with Apple before returning to staff with InterVarsity as an Area Director in the western half of Virginia. Dean joined the staff of The Falls Church in the fall of 2005.
