Baptisms

Baptism is an experience that publicly proclaims that God has chosen us, loves us, and calls us into his Kingdom. In baptism, we participate in Jesus’ death and resurrection by dying to what separates us from God and being raised to newness of life in Christ.

Baptism Details

For your infant or young child (5 and younger) to be baptized, you and your spouse must be an active member of Highland Park Pres. If this is your first baby to be baptized at HP Pres, you must attend the Covenant Parenting Baptism Class before your child’s baptism. This one-time class meets quarterly. Please see upcoming baptism and class dates below.

Any adult or older child who professes faith in Jesus Christ may request baptism at Highland Park Pres. We encourage you to make HP Pres your church home before baptism. When you are ready to begin the baptism process, you may fill out the appropriate Baptism Registration Form below.
