Why Join a Discipleship Conversation?
What is a Discipleship Conversation?
A discipleship conversation is two people exploring together what it means to be disciples of Jesus. In our busy lives, we rarely pause to think about our spiritual lives, let alone talk about them with someone else. Discipleship conversations create the space for us to listen and encourage one another.
What Do They Look Like?
We invite you to try out a Discipleship Conversation by meeting six times within a six-month period at a pace that works best for you. You’ll register to be either a Discipling Participant or a Discipling Leader. Discipling Leaders will receive training on how to facilitate these conversations. At the end of the six meetings, you will decide together whether you want to continue meeting, request a new Discipleship Conversation partner, or take a break.
Short-term or long-term, on whatever schedule works for you, joining a Discipleship Conversation will help you grow in your faith and build your community.

No! This is for anyone who wants to grow as a disciple of Jesus.
We launched Discipleship Conversations in March 2022. About 400 folks have participated in a Discipleship Conversation so far.
Simply let us know, and we will rematch you.
Anything you want to talk about. Discipling Leaders will have a list of possible questions to guide the conversations, but the two of you can take your conversation in any direction you want it to go. The goal is to give opportunities to reflect on our faith and apply it to our lives.
