Our April Third Thursday luncheon spotlights historic architecture in the Park Cities. We welcome Architect and Author Larry Good whose most recent book, “A House for Texas” is a reflection on the historic Elbert Williams House which sits directly across McFarlin Blvd. from HP Pres. Larry is joined by incoming Preservation Park Cities President Alisa Sell, long-time HP Pres Covenant Partner and Elder to round out this fascinating look at the architecture that shaped the city around HP Pres.

For The Nations Packing Snack Kits Event

Beginning at 10 am in Elliott Hall before the Third Thursday luncheon we will be packing summer snack kits for kids in the summer programming with For The Nations Refugee Outreach. One of the core goals of For the Nations is to strengthen refugee families by incarnating the compassion of Christ through life skills training, emotional and spiritual support, and by connecting them to the local community.

Registration, light hors d’oeuvres, and mingling at 11:30 am. Lunch will be served at 12 pm. Bring a friend!
