Serve at ECO National Gathering

Our church is excited to host the 2025 ECO National Gathering, but we will not be able to host this conference will without your help! About 1,300 church leaders from around the country will be worshiping, learning, and growing together during this pivotal week and we need your help to make it a success!

This is a unique opportunity to connect with church leaders from across the country while ensuring the event runs smoothly. Whether you can volunteer for a few hours or the entire event from Monday, Jan. 27 to Wednesday, Jan. 29, your time and effort will make a meaningful impact. In our role as Host Church, we are asking that you join with our staff and ECO leaders to fill these volunteer positions needed over the 3-day conference.

Volunteer opportunities include:
– Greeting and providing directional assistance around the church
– Providing golf cart rides
– Manning the coat check and luggage
– Helping with check-in tables
– Helping set up for the Tuesday evening activities and games
– Ushering for communion on Tuesday evening
