Highlander Concert: Joy

Highland Park Chorale celebrates the joy of the Christian faith with music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

The effervescent music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart celebrates the unrestrained joy of the Christian faith unlike any other music. The Solemn Vespers are based on selected Psalms, exploring the vastness of King David’s poetry. Additionally, the Christian confessions of faith are full of joyful praise in one of Mozart’s short Missa Brevi.
