Serve at For the Nations Refugee Christmas Store

For The Nations: Refugee Outreach will be hosting a Christmas Store & Carnival for their clients. Refugee parents will have the opportunity to shop for and give gifts to their own children at very lοw costs (.25–$3). There will also be a Carnival with games and food for the families. Volunteer help is need on Friday (8:30 am–2 pm) to help set up and on Saturday (8 am–5 pm)

We have two days of volunteer opportunities for our Christmas Store. On Friday, sign up to help sort Christmas toys, shoes, and coats and get the store ready for parents to shop. On Saturday, sign up to help parents shop for gifts, restock, wrap gifts, and/or supervise children playing at the Christmas carnival outdoors. All volunteers must be 15+ years old, and each volunteer must sign up for their own slot. Please put the name of your church or group you are with in the comments.

Children under 15 may attend with you, but they will spend their time enjoying the volunteer supervised carnival with the other children while you volunteer. Do not sign up children who are not old enough to volunteer. Childcare is not provided on Friday.
